Boid Digital ("we", "us") provides web design subscription services. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

• Audit requests: your website URL, email address, and name (if provided).
• Quote requests: your business type and name, website URL, the services you're interested in, project details, budget range, timeline, your name, and email address.
• Client onboarding: after purchase, the business and project information you provide in the onboarding brief.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep records of your subscription status and payment history.

How we use it

We use your information solely to provide our services: preparing your website audit, responding to quote requests, delivering the work you've subscribed to, sending service-related emails, and processing payments. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails you haven't asked for.

Where it's stored

Form submissions and client records are stored securely with Supabase, our database provider. Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each of these providers maintains its own security and privacy safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep audit and quote requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client records are kept for the duration of your subscription and as required for accounting and legal purposes afterward.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@boiddigital.com and we'll take care of it.

This site does not use advertising cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to say so.
