Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Boid Digital's website and subscription services. By subscribing to a plan or submitting a request through this site, you agree to them.

1. The service

Boid Digital provides web design, development, and maintenance services on a subscription basis. What's included depends on your plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) as described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. You submit requests; we work through them in order, delivering most within 48–72 business hours. Larger tasks may take longer, and we'll tell you upfront when they will.

2. Billing

• Monthly plans begin with your first three months billed upfront. From month four, billing recurs monthly.
• Annual plans are billed once per year at the equivalent of ten monthly payments (two months free).
• All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.

3. Pausing & cancelling

There are no long-term contracts. You may pause your subscription for up to 30 days per billing year, or cancel effective at the end of any billing cycle, by emailing us. The initial three-month period on monthly plans and annual billing periods are non-refundable once started, except where required by law.

4. Revisions & satisfaction

You can request revisions on delivered work until you're satisfied with it, within the scope of your plan.

5. Your content

You're responsible for the content you give us (text, images, logos, product information) and confirm you have the right to use it. You retain ownership of your content and of the finished website work we deliver for you, once paid for.

6. Our work

We may use general-purpose tools, frameworks, and code libraries across client projects; those underlying tools remain under their own licenses. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Third-party platforms

Where your site runs on third-party platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, hosting providers, booking tools), your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, and their fees are separate from your Boid Digital subscription unless your plan says otherwise.

8. Reasonable use

"Unlimited requests" means you can queue as many requests as you like; we work through them at the pace and concurrency your plan provides. The service may not be resold or used to operate an agency of your own without a separate agreement.

9. Liability

We work carefully, but we can't guarantee specific business results (rankings, traffic, or revenue). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
